Cassia is seeking a detail-oriented Nurse (RN or LPN) for the role of Clinical Assessment Manager. In this pioneering position, you will apply your clinical expertise and best practices to enhance resident evaluations and positively influence the quality of life for those we serve. This role demands active engagement and hands-on involvement with residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor towards residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing resident care and quality of life.
  • Utilize assessment tools, audits, and educational resources to drive improvements in care.
  • Analyze and report on program effectiveness.
  • Implement community-based program initiatives.
  • Provide educational resources to staff, residents, and their families.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Current MN RN license in good standing.
  • Ability to travel locally as needed.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to collaborate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in interpreting data to enhance resident care.
