Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level and second-level customer service to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Review and analyze results of survey feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with counterparts at our partner company to ensure seamless customer experiences and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Track customer and inventory data on a daily basis to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Compile and communicate executive updates on a weekly and bi-weekly basis to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Work cross-functionally with team members to ensure prompt completion of tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • High emotional intelligence and ability to work well in ambiguity.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with changing processes and priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.

Work Schedule:

Full-time shifts available, including weekdays and weekends, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and support.
