Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Northwell Health. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in assisting pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining drug inventory, and maintaining patient records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, including sterile and non-sterile products.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication inventory and patient records.
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team to promote timely access to medications.
  • Participate in educational and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current Pharmacy Technician Certification required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
