- Identify and rectify any unsafe conditions to prevent accidents.
- Report incidents in accordance with established procedures.

- Complete all required training and development programs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

- Aptitude for problem-solving using technical information.
- Must meet age requirements for specific job functions.
- Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodations.
Physical Requirements:
- Proficient in using computers and communication systems necessary for job functions.
- Capable of performing repetitive motions with hands and arms.
- Ability to lift products weighing up to 15 lbs. continuously, 25 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to push or pull up to 75 lbs. on occasion.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk short distances frequently.
- Comfortable handling various substances related to produce and cleaning materials.
- Ability to reach and grasp at various levels.
- Meet established performance standards for the position.
- Tolerate working in varying temperature conditions.
