- Advanced Practice Clinician or Physician Assistant: Completion of an accredited program and current licensure in the state of Connecticut.
- Certification: Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Reliable Transportation: Access to reliable transportation and compliance with Optum's Motor Vehicle Safety policy.
- Competitive Salary: $88,000 to $173,200 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
- Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for student loan repayment program, with up to $40,000 in repayment assistance.
