FISHER-HALL is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM and focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
  • Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required, with a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
