Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental insurance for employees and dependents, vacation, 11 recognized paid holidays, TDI (HI only), long-term disability, bereavement, 401(k) with employer match, group term life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Job Responsibilities
This exciting opportunity involves:
  1. Administering NSS policies and procedures to control and coordinate equipment calibration, maintenance, and physical inventory of assets.
  2. Monitoring asset lifecycle, inventory, locations, maintenance status, photographing equipment for identification and record generation.
  3. Establishing and maintaining comprehensive records of each asset.
  4. Coordinating processes and documentation required for new asset acquisition, disposal, replacement, and tracking of lost assets.
  5. Working with vendors and other departments to maintain accurate and complete asset data.
  6. Interface with Government property administrator and plant clearance officer.
  7. Process Government property closeout and transfers.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and no prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, are a plus. Additionally, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, be a team player and independent worker, have good communication skills, and be detail-oriented. Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision or as part of a team are essential. Knowledge of various test equipment for RF and digital electronics, experience maintaining Government and Customer owned property, and experience with inventory and/or asset management are desirable qualifications.
