Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Spaulding Hospital Cape Cod. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that reflect patients' age and situation, including discharge plans.
  • Revised treatment plans based on patient progress towards stated goals.
  • Document patient information in accordance with facility and practice guidelines.
  • Orient, train, and mentor therapy and health care students to achieve stated performance expectations.
  • Identify and act upon performance improvement opportunities to implement best practices.
  • Uphold SRN Organizational Values of Innovation, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the state of Rhode Island.
  • Basic skills in math and computer science.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the English language.
  • Computer proficiency required, with Microsoft office applications preferred.

  • Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and contribute as a member of a team.
  • Anticipates challenges and develops and implements strategies for addressing them.
