As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, providing oversight for specific cases, and working closely with our Regional Directors.

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is a growing, BHCOE-accredited and BCBA-owned and operated autism therapy provider serving children diagnosed with autism. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ABA programs for clients with autism
  • Provide oversight for specific cases and work closely with Regional Directors
  • Collaborate with supervisors and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes
  • Train, supervise, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) working on client teams
  • Coordinate with caregivers to empower them as partners in their child's progress

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs
  • Licensed in the state of Maryland or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire
  • Dedicated to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to clients and their families
