About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Construction Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team at Keller Williams Realty Integrity Edina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling new single-family homes and villas in designated communities, while providing an outstanding customer experience.

This is a commission-based opportunity where compensation is determined solely by your success. You will have the opportunity to work with a well-recognized builder and be part of a team that specializes in new construction, working exclusively for a reputable builder while also building and maintaining our existing home sales.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to stay informed about market trends and sales strategies.
  • Meet and greet prospective customers, collect completed registration cards, and demonstrate the model home to showcase its features and benefits.
  • Maintain strong lines of communication with potential customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure the model home site is well-maintained and presentable to create a positive first impression.
  • Coordinate open house events and ensure open house signs and directionals are in place to attract potential customers.
  • Explain the benefits of home design, construction quality, and other features that set our homes apart from the competition.
  • Actively tour prospective customers through the various home sites and lots to familiarize them with the community layout and amenities.
  • Sell the benefits of our community, the reputation of our company, and the quality and design of our products, construction, and service.
  • Effectively discuss and explain the home building and home buying process to customers, ensuring they feel knowledgeable and comfortable throughout the process.
  • Assist customers with selecting their home site, house plan, and structural options, and explain the design selection process to ensure they make informed decisions.
  • Initiate all paperwork, including purchase agreements, change orders, addendums, and amendments, in a timely manner to ensure a seamless transaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, team members, lenders, and individuals to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
  • Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the transaction to maintain a positive customer experience.
