We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Hotel Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will assist the General Manager in leading our hospitality team, focusing on guest and associate satisfaction, financial performance, asset protection, sales, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, financial performance, and asset protection.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hotel associates, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hotel experience.
  • Strong guest-centric mentality.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School or better in Business Administration.
  • Valid Driver's License.
