Aquatic Program Coordinator Job Description:

The YMCA of San Diego County is seeking an experienced Aquatic Program Coordinator to oversee our aquatic programs, including group water exercise classes. As an Aquatic Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs, managing staff, and ensuring a positive member experience.

About the Role:
- Develop and implement aquatic programs, including group water exercise classes
- Manage staff and ensure excellent customer service
- Collaborate with staff to create a positive member experience

Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- AEA, ASFA, Aqua Zumba, or Branded certification required
- Minimum 1 year's experience leading group exercise classes preferred
