Key Responsibilities
- Guide and direct production team members during the assembly of manual wheelchairs.
- Facilitate standard work training to ensure all team members are adequately prepared to achieve production targets.
- Oversee production processes to maintain efficiency and identify areas for waste reduction.
- Detect process irregularities and report production line rejects during daily assessments.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment for the production team, adhering to the 'See Something, Say Something' initiative aimed at achieving zero lost time incidents.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate basic computer proficiency (Windows, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Respond promptly and effectively to production line downtimes.
- Collaborate closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a production lead role is preferred, or at least 2 years as a production line operator.
