Key Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of practical experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Scrum Agile development methodologies.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or significant equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of strong business analysis experience.

Preferred Skills:

1) Extensive business analysis experience of 6-8 years, with a background as a Product Owner in Agile environments.

2) Proficient in writing user stories and epics, with a solid understanding of MVP concepts and other related skills.

3) Strong preference for candidates with healthcare experience related to medical claims processing.

4) Experience with teams utilizing Cucumber and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) is advantageous.

5) Familiarity with SQL and Oracle databases.

6) Experience using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools for testing web services.

7) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Role Responsibilities: In this position, you will conduct interviews and facilitate requirement workshops to gain a comprehensive understanding of business needs. Collaborating with key stakeholders and the development team, you will drive solutions that align with program-level objectives and vision. You will define acceptance criteria for user stories, identify MVP features, and support development teams in delivering functional software. Additionally, you will develop use cases, prioritize stories and epics to ensure that development efforts focus on delivering maximum value.

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from home, and we prefer candidates located in the EST or CST time zones.
