Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate technical evaluations and discussions, both internally and with external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and Integrated Product Team (IPT) leaders to optimize program execution regarding cost, technical specifications, and timelines.
  • Promote team development through identifying growth opportunities and supporting business development initiatives.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including crafting technical responses and generating cost estimates.
  • Foster a culture of respect and inclusivity within the team.
  • Identify necessary actions to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline is mandatory.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in systems design and development.
  • Proficient understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle and Department of Defense (DoD) design review protocols.
  • Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
  • Familiarity with various systems engineering tools, with a preference for Cameo.
  • Solid grasp of multiple simulation techniques to support systems analysis, such as discrete event simulation.
  • Background in the development and/or testing of aircraft or military components is advantageous.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
