Position Overview

As a Senior Client Success Manager at CLEAResult, you will play a pivotal role in fostering sustainable practices and promoting a carbon-neutral future. This position emphasizes a culture of support and inclusivity, offering competitive benefits. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate robust relationships with clients, drive impactful results in Product & Technology sectors, and guarantee client satisfaction. Effective communication and leadership across diverse teams and clients will be essential in this role, particularly in the implementation of CLEAResult's innovative 'IRA in a Box' solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate new technology offerings by assessing requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance product design and execution
  • Facilitate business analysis discussions to identify client needs
  • Partner with IT teams to uphold solution integrity
  • Evaluate and refine product positioning
  • Ensure seamless integration of technical solutions
  • Work alongside technical leadership on technology projects
  • Comply with IT Service Management protocols
  • Present software solution demonstrations to various stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or relevant business field
  • At least 10 years of experience in product management
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in roadmap strategy and definition
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Familiarity with digital technology platforms
  • Strong understanding of energy efficiency concepts is preferred

Compensation Range:

$110,000 - $165,200.00
