Position: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
Compensation: $22.33 per hour
Immediate Opportunities Available:
We are seeking qualified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to respond to both emergency and non-emergency medical requests, providing exceptional care and support to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine the necessary medical care and deliver emergency services using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, conditions, and treatments while ensuring confidentiality and upholding patient rights.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patient care.
- Utilize essential EMT skills, including effective communication, operation of medical equipment, and adherence to cleaning protocols.
- Operate ambulances in compliance with company safety policies and traffic regulations relevant to emergency medical response.
- Collaborate professionally with healthcare and public safety personnel, as well as fellow EMTs.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Engage in community initiatives to promote the AMR brand and foster strong community relationships.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid State EMT License
- Valid State Driver's License
- CPR and BLS Certifications
- Driving record in accordance with company policy
- Successful completion of Physical Agility Test
- Relevant work experience, preferably in healthcare
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
