We are in search of a Benefits Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. This role is pivotal in managing the daily operations of various employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans. The Benefits Coordinator will also address employee inquiries regarding benefits and oversee the management of the benefits communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans).
  • Facilitate enrollment processes, modifications, and terminations related to benefits.
  • Coordinate annual enrollment initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to benefits-related regulations (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ACA).
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation.
  • Maintain precise records of benefits within the HR information system.
  • Respond to employee inquiries concerning benefits plans and eligibility criteria.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of benefits strategies.
  • Manage employee benefits inquiries and oversee the benefits communication channels.
  • Complete benefits-related documentation for governmental and state agencies.
  • Update records in the benefits management system.
  • Maintain accurate medical and leave documentation.
  • Conduct basic audits and complete surveys as required.
  • Administer dependent verification processes and related notices.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Possession of a valid U.S. Driver's License.
  • Familiarity with benefits regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and benefits management software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Preferred certifications in Benefits (CBP, CEBS).
  • Experience in handling benefits inquiries and managing communication.
  • Knowledge of governmental and state benefits documentation.
  • Understanding of maintaining medical and leave records.
  • Awareness of U.S. compliance requirements.
