Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
  • Experience: 2 years of restaurant or retail management experience or successful completion of Manager in Training (MIT) Program.
  • Skills: Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certified.
Work Environment:
  • Hours: Varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
