About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team at Century 21 Real Estate. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence
  • Design visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns, video content, and website content
  • Manage multiple marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and external agencies, to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, design, and project management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects)
  • Experience with video production is strongly preferred
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
