A leading professional services firm, Consultative Search Group, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join their team in downtown Los Angeles. This role may offer a flexible working schedule, allowing for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, capital accounting analysis reports, and annual audit and tax schedules.
  • Analyze monthly cash activity, including all currencies, to provide management with meaningful information on cash and capital activity and proposed cash draw amounts.
  • Manage detail partnership capital and income records, including capital contributions, income allocation, distributions, and capital purchases and sale transactions.
  • Manage detail partnership retirement plan details and provide ad hoc analysis for partners planning purposes.
  • Prepare retired partner compensation report and support partnership annual meetings.
  • Collaborate with the broader finance management team on initiatives, including annual budget, year-end reporting, and new report development.
  • Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and capital accounting reports; review financial results, investigate any variances, and prepare explanations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field.
  • CPA certification.
  • Minimum five years of experience in increasingly complex accounting.
  • Experience in financial reporting and modeling, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
