About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Batch Plant Operator to join our team at Miller Paving Limited in Kirkland Lake, ON. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our batching plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accept and process orders for concrete, shotcrete, and other materials
  • Batch and mix materials according to specifications
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on the batching plant
  • Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels and record keeping

Requirements

  • Valid G License required
  • DZ license with experience driving commercial vehicles (preferred)
  • Concrete experience and batching experience (preferred)
  • ACI Certification (preferred)
