Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms, providing exceptional guest service, and working collaboratively with our housekeeping team.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
