Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver testing support for the TROJAN NexGEN Test Program utilizing its advanced capabilities.
  • Educate TROJAN personnel on the execution of the TROJAN NexGEN Test Program, focusing on SIGINT Software baseline, including tools such as GLAIVE, SALVAGE, ONEROOF, UIS, Team Sentinel, and others.
  • Possess hands-on experience with TROJAN or TROJAN-enabled systems, including the aforementioned analytical tools.
  • Collaborate with the TROJAN Service Desk to address trouble tickets, establish user accounts, and coordinate access to national databases.
  • Engage directly with TROJAN customers, providing training on TROJAN NexGEN SOVT procedures tailored to the TROJAN Software baseline.
  • Evaluate Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and technical design packages to ensure alignment with mission system user requirements.
  • Support the TROJAN Capability Development Branch in Systems Operational Verification Tests, Functional and Physical Configuration Audits.
  • Monitor changes to the TROJAN NexGEN hardware and software baseline; participate in the TROJAN NexGEN Configuration Control Board (CCB) and recommend mission-specific modifications.
  • Assist with TROJAN Active Directory, SIGINT Tools/Applications, Dataflow routing, user account requests, account creation, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Conduct system site surveys as necessary.
  • Review and suggest enhancements for the TROJAN NexGEN Test Program.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent military experience, with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. A waiver for the degree requirement is possible with four years of direct experience in military or advanced technical testing or training. A minimum of eight years of technical/intelligence experience supporting multiple DoD entities, including Army Theater Intelligence Brigades, is required.
  • Ability to navigate confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • At least three years of advanced experience specializing in SIGINT mission software and operations.
  • A minimum of two years of technical experience in SIGINT system testing.
  • At least two years of experience operating and conducting health and status checks of TROJAN systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Expertise in testing TROJAN NexGEN SIGINT Software baseline capabilities, including a thorough understanding of System Operational Verification Testing of TROJAN NexGEN systems and dataflow requirements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of how TROJAN interfaces with National Agency counterparts and Theater Intelligence Brigades, along with familiarity with LINUX and Microsoft Operating Systems and Active Directory Environment.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend technical documentation effectively.
  • Must be a US Citizen with a Final Top-Secret Clearance based on a TIER 5 Background Investigation and favorable eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) in accordance with ICD 704.
  • Some roles may necessitate a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, particularly those requiring access to TDN2.
