Your Responsibilities:
• Engineer the structural and mechanical components of custom products, including conducting research and safety assessments.
• Address design, functionality, materials, durability, manufacturing processes, and safety with cost-effective strategies.
• Create precise and thorough engineering and materials documentation.
• Support performance criteria and the evaluation of proposed solutions through testing and validation.
• Lead technical design reviews with both internal and external project teams.
• Adhere to established timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure project success.

Success Criteria:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, blueprint interpretation, and project management is essential.
• Experience in metal fabrication, cellular manufacturing, and knowledge of materials used in site furniture, including steel, aluminum, and wood, is advantageous.
• Demonstrated history of servant leadership, focusing on achievements, problem-solving, and exceptional service.
• A strong desire to learn, innovate, and take on responsibilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, exercise common sense, and foster positive relationships.
