Job Title: Registered Nurse NICU Fellowship Program

Inova Health System is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. As a RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest NICU best practices
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in the NICU
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience
  • Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
  • American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required.
  • RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN.
  • Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skill and the ability to display a caring demeanor towards others.
  • Proficient computer skills required.
