Job Summary:We are looking for a Registered Nurse RN with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care to join our team in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit CVICU. As a Registered Nurse RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit CVICU
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse RN
- Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required and ACLS strongly preferred
- RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN
- Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skill and the ability to display a caring demeanor towards others
- Proficient computer skills required
