We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Employee for Food Products to join our team at Stellar Technologies. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food production processes, from assistance in daily operations to independent management of machines and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Production Operations: Assist in daily operations, mainly in the production areas of vinegar production and bottling, and work in other production areas as needed.
- Maintenance and Repair: Monitor, manage, and coordinate maintenance and repair work with the plant engineering department, and independently resolve minor malfunctions in equipment.
- Quality Management: Implement and monitor quality management requirements, and ensure compliance with company and legal standards related to occupational safety, hygiene, energy management, and environmental protection.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory, conduct incoming goods inspections, and participate in inventories using SAP.
- Performance Targets: Ensure smooth operations while meeting performance targets, and record machine/operational and SAP feedback data.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be familiar with SAP and have experience with machine operation and maintenance.
