  • Guest Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and complaints, ensuring positive resolution.
  • Team Development: Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance, adhering to company procedures and providing feedback and recognition.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees, ensuring sufficient development and talent.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain restaurant cleanliness inside and outside, following company cleaning and maintenance procedures.
  • Performance Analysis: Partner with the Restaurant Manager to analyze restaurant operational and financial performance, developing and executing action plans to increase sales and profitability.
  • Cost Management: Monitor costs and ensure adherence to budgets and restaurant goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma/Equivalency preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Age: At least 18 years old.
  • Math Skills: Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven analytical skills, with good organization and planning skills.
  • Availability: Must be able to work 45 hours per week, depending on the needs of the business, and be available to work any day and anytime, including weekends and holidays.
