Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at Alco Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our residents' homes. Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Conduct regular inspections of our properties to identify and address any maintenance issues, ensuring that all appliances and systems are functioning properly and safely.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on a variety of systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, using your expertise and knowledge to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our Community Manager and Maintenance Technician(s) to prioritize community improvements and ensure that all residents receive excellent service.
  • Physical Requirements: This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be required to lift heavy objects, use ladders, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience and Skills: At least 5 years of maintenance experience is required, with a strong background in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications and Licenses: EPA Type I Certification is required, as well as a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
