Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy rates, conduct leasing tours, and handle lease paperwork efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors, residents, and team members.
  • Prioritize and distribute resident requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure accurate and up-to-date property marketing materials.
  • Complete leasing paperwork and maintain meticulous record-keeping to meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to interpret and apply business regulations effectively.
  • 1 year of direct sales experience or 2 years of customer service experience.
