Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Enercon Services, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with diverse teams, reviewing designs, and driving technical excellence in power system design.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution

Review and check designs, drawings, and data prepared by other engineers or subcontractors

Prepare design studies and project scopes

Make recommendations based on knowledge and experience

Direct and oversee routine and advanced technical work performed by others on assigned projects and maintain quality standards

Manage budget, scope, schedule, and quality associated with designated work assignments with minimal guidance and technical oversight

Prepare electrical equipment procurement and installation specifications and evaluate technical bids and select equipment

Devise new approaches to technical problems

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university and minimum 7 years of power system design experience

SKM and/or ETAP experience

Protection and controls experience

Experience in electrical codes, standards, and criteria for power systems

Proficient in Word and Excel

Good writing, presentation, and communication skills

Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams

Willing to travel 10%-15% and participate in field installation, checkout, and start-up

Ability to climb stairs or ladders at client sites

Experience with lighting studies, lightning protection, and grounding design preferred
