Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Virginia. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to patients in obstetrics and gynecology.

About the Role

This full-time position will involve working with a well-established practice that has served the Tidewater area for over 33 years. Our office is located in a state-of-the-art facility, equipped with modern equipment and technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care, conducting routine check-ups, and managing complex cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to diagnose and manage various conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in women's health and obstetrics, attending conferences and workshops as necessary

Requirements

  • Current certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in women's health or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
