Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse will play a vital role in our pediatric clinic, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, evaluation, and management of patients in our pediatric clinic
  • Participate in the collection of patient data and determine nursing care needs through recognition of relationships between data gathered and a patient's health status and treatment regimen
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Collaborate with registered nurses to consider ongoing modification of care plans based on patient needs, capabilities, and condition
  • Document patient information in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program required
  • 1 year of relevant experience required
  • Applicable state LPN license required
