Resources for Human Development is seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized behavioral/therapeutic treatment plans for program participants. This role requires a strong commitment to the RHD values and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Direct Care: Conduct screenings and assessments using validated tools to identify depression, trauma, substance use, and risk/needs associated with criminal risk.
- Administrative: Complete all required assessments and documentation to support current and ongoing services.
- Multi-Disciplinary Teamwork: Participate in a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, trauma-informed, clinical, and values-based services.
- Leadership: Lead a team of professionals in developing and recertifying treatment plans, ISPs, goal setting, and overall treatment objectives for each client on caseload.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide support to program management in assessing crisis intervention needs from a trauma-informed perspective.
- Master's Degree
- Clinical Mental Health license (LPC, LCSW, LISW)
- Two years of experience required
