About Our Team

The Behavioral Health Outpatient team at The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh is dedicated to providing high-quality care to children, adolescents, and young adults. Our team of therapists and Certified Nurse Practitioner work closely with each client and their family to develop skills to manage mood, thinking, and behaviors, promoting resiliency and healing.

About the Position

We are seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Outpatient Therapist to provide evidence-based treatment to children and their families within an outpatient behavioral health clinic, school, virtual, and/or community setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling or related degree, and be licensed as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Three years' experience working as a behavioral health clinician with children/families with diverse cultures, and children with disabilities, is preferred.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling or related degree
  • Master's prepared clinician and license such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT
  • Three years' experience working as a behavioral health clinician with children/families with diverse cultures, and children with disabilities
