As a Healthcare Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical, regulatory, and operational aspects of our outpatient facility.
This role involves recruiting, developing, and motivating a diverse team, collaborating with medical professionals, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes, and adhering to regulatory and safety standards.
Key Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited nursing institution is required.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
A minimum of twelve (12) months of nursing experience.
At least six (6) months of experience in providing care to patients with chronic kidney disease or those undergoing transplantation, including training and experience in the dialysis process.
Preferred: At least three (3) years of experience in both clinical and management roles within an ESRD facility.Current CPR/BLS certification.
Must meet all applicable state and licensing requirements.
Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

Salary Range:
$102,000 - $128,000 / based on experience and qualifications.
