Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, performing non-professional nursing duties.
  • Handle human blood and other potentially infectious and/or hazardous materials, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Care for patients in various age groups, including adolescents and geriatrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in an acute care facility, preferably.
  • Required Licenses/Certifications:
    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • ABM/MAB/CPI certification within 90 days of hire, annually thereafter.
  • Full command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Heavy lifting and perceptive acuity, including visual and hearing abilities, to perform all direct and indirect patient care functions.
