Role Summary

The Logistics Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient management of inventory and supply chain processes. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence and supporting production functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of the supply chain team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of inventory through regular audits and reconciliations.
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality standards and timely delivery of materials.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Facilitate communication between manufacturing, shipping, and project management teams to mitigate any potential disruptions.
Qualifications

Essential Experience:

  • Must be a lawful U.S. person as defined by ITAR regulations.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or warehouse management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Work Schedule

This position typically follows a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.
