About the Role

Aristeo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Safety Manager to lead our safety initiatives and ensure a safe working environment for our employees and clients.

This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of safety policies and procedures, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs and policies
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential safety hazards
  • Provide high-level safety management to specific business units within the organization
  • Supervise and develop Safety Coordinators, Safety Managers, and Lead Safety Managers
  • Effectively manage safety risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a construction-based health and safety role
  • Associate Degree in Safety or related field, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • CHST certification required
  • Advanced certification in safety preferred (ASP, CSP, or SMS)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
