As a Behavioral Health Clinical Co-Responder, you will work alongside mental health professionals and EMTs/Paramedics to provide trauma-informed care for low-acuity behavioral health calls.
Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews and assessments to determine patient needs
Provide or arrange for internal and external services/interventions
Participate in case reviews to evaluate case management and progress
Respond in the field as a co-responder with local law enforcement to patients in active crisis
Identify and provide referrals for resources, including transportation, housing, healthcare, and social/spiritual services
Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Service or Behavioral Health related field
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Counselor (MFT) or Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD)
