Job Overview

At Soliant Education, we're seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support and services in classrooms with teacher vacancies in the Dakota Ridge, CO area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Behavior Specialist to utilize their expertise in behavior management strategies and make a meaningful impact on student learning.

  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement effective systems and structures that enhance student learning.
  • Support students with behavioral needs in the classroom setting, ensuring effective behavior management strategies are in place.
  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized behavior plans.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • MUST have school-based experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
