Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Tier 1 vendors, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Risk Management: Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Business Requirements Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business requirements and facilitate requests for proposal (RFPs) for Tier 1 vendors.
  • Transition Management: Manage transitions between vendors and develop exit strategies to minimize disruption.
  • Special Projects: Complete special projects and duties as assigned by management.
Essential Functions
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and senior management.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct analysis and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Two years of related work experience, with a minimum of two years of vendor management experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical skills, business acumen, project management skills, and excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires frequent sitting, data entry, and communication with stakeholders. Occasional travel may be required.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $92,051.06 - $138,076.59 annually.
