Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy and Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating expansion opportunities, setting medium and long-term organizational strategy, and leading recommendations on key strategic initiatives.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working collaboratively with a cross-functional team and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate expansion opportunities and set medium and long-term organizational strategy
  • Lead recommendations on key strategic initiatives
  • Manage all aspects of a large-scale and complex project, from start to finish
  • Track progress toward organizational goals and establish scalable systems to monitor KPIs
  • Drive the annual and quarterly go-to-market planning processes
  • Craft key presentation materials, including quarterly business reviews and executive meetings
  • Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing a project
  • Monitor progress and performance against the project plan and resolve operational problems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related sciences
  • 8+ years of total business experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in management consulting and/or demonstrated success in operations, growth, or strategy role for a high-growth business
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical toolkit and ability to break complex and ambiguous problems into smaller, actionable solution steps
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Post Graduate studies
What We Offer

At Abbott Laboratories, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $109,300.00 - $218,000.00, depending on location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and education benefits.
