Discovery Response Attorney

At Adams & Martin Group, we are seeking a skilled Discovery Response Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our litigation support team, you will play a critical role in managing the legal process of responding to discovery requests in a lawsuit.

During the discovery phase of litigation, parties can request documents, facts, and other evidence from each other through various means such as interrogatories, requests for production of documents, requests for admission, and depositions. As a Discovery Response Attorney, you will assist our clients in preparing and providing responses to these requests, ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and legally sufficient.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing discovery requests, gathering relevant information and documents, and drafting formal responses that comply with the legal requirements and deadlines set by the court. You may also negotiate with opposing counsel regarding the scope of discovery, object to improper requests, and represent our clients' interests in any disputes related to the discovery process.

Key Responsibilities:
