We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Attorney to join our litigation team at Hire Counsel. As a Senior Staff Attorney, you will play a critical role in managing large-scale discovery projects and providing strategic guidance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive discovery plans, including document collection, review, and production.
- Lead review and production teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of results.
- Collaborate with case teams to design and implement document collection and review plans.
- Design and lead privilege processes, including review, logs, and claw backs.
- Assist case teams with legal hold/preservation issues, meet and confer process, and protective orders.
- Manage case organization, early case assessment strategy, and case budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- J.D. degree from a major, accredited law school.
- Admission to the California Bar in active status and in good standing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Relativity, Case Dynamics, CaseMap, and Case Notebook.
- Minimum of 10 years of complex litigation experience in a law firm, from case inception through trial.
- Ability to manage project teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to articulate case goals, objectives, deliverables, costs, and deadlines.
