Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Lowe's. As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to our store, help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs, and ensure all customer needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers to the store, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
  • Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
  • Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
  • Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
  • Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs.
  • Guide customers through shopping or checkout.

Requirements

  • 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
  • 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
  • Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
  • Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
  • Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is between $17.00 - $23.80 per hour, depending on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
