Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Assured Home Health in Olympia, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Instructing and assisting patients in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, gait training, functional activities, ADLs, transfers, safety, and prosthetic training.
• Observing, recording, and reporting patient responses to treatment and changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist, nurse supervisor, and/or physician.
• Coordinating care with other healthcare team members as necessary.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Current licensure to assist in the practice of physical therapy in Washington state.
• Current CPR certification.
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (or access to public transportation).

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $82,000 annually, depending on experience ($27 - $40 per hour), along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
