We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Media Product & Technology group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle for Connected TV initiatives, from initial concept to post-launch enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, resource needs, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, UX/UI, and content) and external partners to ensure all key milestones are achieved.
- Track and communicate project progress, addressing any challenges or obstacles that arise.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within the defined scope.
- Guarantee alignment with the company's strategic objectives, delivering exceptional user experiences.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Connected TV platforms, OTT services, and digital media technology.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and evolving environment.

- High emotional intelligence with a talent for building relationships.
- Confident leadership, driving accountability across teams.

- Expertise in digital product launches, including redesigns and rebuilds, particularly for Connected TV.
- Skilled in navigating differing team perspectives to reach alignment and decisions.
- Effective decision-making, including managing upwards and holding others accountable to deadlines.
- Solution-oriented with a willingness to learn from mistakes.
- Adaptable communication skills, attuned to the audience and situation.
- Collaborate with the PMO to deliver required documentation and planning details.
- Partner with program management to ensure smooth coordination and role complementarity.
