Position Responsibilities: Our Landscape Maintenance Technicians are hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy outdoor environments. The role involves physical labor, including lifting, walking, and climbing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining flower beds, plants, and lawns
  • Collecting litter and debris
  • Cleaning swimming pools (if applicable)
  • Removing snow when necessary
  • Inspecting buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness
  • Assisting the maintenance team with various tasks

Qualifications: Candidates for the Landscape Maintenance Technician position should possess:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Understanding of federal fair housing laws and local housing regulations
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and make effective decisions
  • Flexibility and creativity in various situations
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to judge distances and spatial relationships
  • Capability to identify colors and distinguish odors
  • Physical ability to lift and move over 50 pounds
  • Familiarity with standard cleaning equipment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to learn basic computer applications

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
